QUESTION:	Can you send me a list of the registered addresses and I can just scrub the list myself?

ANSWER:	No. Michigan requires that the list of registered addresses remain on the state's server at all times. However, when you begin the scrubbing process your list is protected by being hashed before any data is transmitted to the state. The state never receives, and therefore cannot read a plain-text copy of your list.
