Use this form to change the information associated with a parental notification account. You must enter the parental notification e-mail address. You may fill in any of the fields below to make changes to the current settings for that parental notification account. Any fields you leave blank will retain their current value.







A confirmation e-mail message will be sent to the parental notification account. The changes you make here will not be completed until you follow the instructions contained in that message.
